New sewage treatment system in Angle Vale
Currently we are designing and will soon be constructing a new sewage treatment system which includes multiple pump stations and 6.1 km rising mains for a +2,000 connection development located near Angle Vale, South Australia. The project will be delivered as a build, own and operate, where Factor UTB will fund the design and construction of the infrastructure, and charge developers a fee as blocks connect to the network.
Ongoing operations and maintenance will be managed by quarterly charges to the block owner for the supply of collection and treatment services, managed by Factor UTBs’ wrap around Customer Service offering.
